Cancelling your appointment
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to be timely and efficient in scheduling other patients.
It is recommended you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow us enough time to complete your paperwork. For your first appointment, we may need more in-depth information regarding your health history and please bring any x-rays or pertinent information related to your condition. You may be contacted prior to your first visit to help expedite your registration.
